Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, provided items are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and swimwear cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
